This comic is based off the fact that if you trade Missingnos to Gold/Silver/Crystal they turn into useable pokemon. The Ghost that spawned a million creepypastas happens to actually be the fan favorite legendary- Lugia, so Ghost never really left. He's always been watching over you with a smile.
In this comic Ghost decides to pay the New world a visit, but he was in the mood for a battle. Luckily he finds a suitable person to be his rival. Don't worry though Stu Ghost just loves a good game.
